Our most popular program is our 21 Day Fat Blast. We do this every month. The focus is to burn as much fat as possible in 21 days. You will receive workouts six days per week (Sundays off) and a detailed meal plan to follow. Average weight loss is 8 pounds during these 21 days. It doesn't matter your level of fitness - if you want to lose 5 pounds or 55 pounds this program will burn as much fat as possible in 21 days. Cost is $129/month.
